I am Daniel Nkansah, a proud Ghanaian artist from Kwahu Dan in the Eastern Region of Ghana, born on September 6, 1993.
Rooted in rich cultural heritage, I am passionate about singing, drawing, soccer, wood carving, and sharing the teachings of Christ Jesus.
My wood carving journey began in 2002 when I first picked up a blade and carved a human figure — a moment that sparked a lifelong passion.
I am the first of four siblings, born to Alex Frimpong of Kwahu Obomeng and Vida Afansa of Twenedurase. Growing up as the eldest shaped my strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and creativity.
My educational journey began at Extra 'O' Level Preparatory School and continued through Blessed Assurance Preparatory School and Banaman Government School. I later completed Junior High at Happy Souls Academy and studied Woodwork at Kinbu Senior High School (2009–2012).
Though I did not pursue tertiary education, my life reflects perseverance, continuous learning, and personal growth.
In 2020, encouragement from a friend and an opportunity discovered on Facebook reignited my passion — this time focusing on miniature carving.
Using tools such as X-Acto knives, super glue, and basswood, I create detailed and intricate miniature sculptures.
Through dedication and hard work, I stand as a testament that dreams can be nurtured into reality with faith, persistence, and passion.
